​At Gold Standard Cleanouts, we value transparency and professionalism. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved labor and travel time.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no cancellation fee will apply.
Deposits (If Applicable)

If a deposit is required for your service, it will be applied toward the final invoice.

Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

If we are unable to perform the service for reasons within our control, any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
Refunds

Because our services involve labor, logistics, and disposal costs:

Refunds are not issued for completed services.

If there is a service concern, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the issue promptly.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
Partial Services
If a job is stopped early due to unsafe conditions, misrepresentation of job scope, or restricted items, charges will reflect the portion of work completed.
No refunds will be issued for labor or disposal costs already incurred.
Access Issues
If our crew is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to lockouts, blocked access, unsecured pets, or missing authorization, the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Gold Standard Cleanouts directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
