By using our website or hiring Gold Standard Cleanouts, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Gold Standard Cleanouts provides junk removal, cleanout, hauling, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Services are limited to the scope agreed upon at booking.
Pricing & Estimates

All pricing is based on volume, labor, weight, access, and disposal requirements.

Quotes may be provided in person, by phone, text, or photos.

Final pricing may change if job conditions differ from what was originally described.

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Items We Cannot Remove
For safety and legal reasons, we do not remove:

Hazardous waste

Chemicals, fuels, or solvents

Asbestos-containing materials

Medical or biohazard waste

Explosives or firearms

If restricted items are present, we may refuse service.
Property Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for:

Providing safe access to the property

Securing pets
-
Identifying items to be removed
-
Removing or protecting fragile or valuable items
We are not responsible for items removed that were not clearly identified as “do not remove.”
Damage & Liability

We take care to protect property during service.

Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak structures, or concealed conditions.

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or misrepresented.
Disposal Disclaimer
Once items are removed, ownership transfers to Gold Standard Cleanouts. We determine appropriate disposal, donation, or recycling methods at our discretion.

All website content is owned by Gold Standard Cleanouts and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
